With summer finally here, these crispy Panko Shrimp Sliders on kingshawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls might just be the best thing I’ve made all year! I love how the crispy shrimp curls up and adds a fun presentation to the rolls, and they’re bound to go fast if you bring them to any summer get together or pool party! The sweet Thai chili mayo has a hint of spice, and combined with the crisp slaw, soft sweet rolls, and crispy shrimp, they make for an incredible combination of flavors and textures.
Makes 12 sliders
12 ct kingshawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, cut in half and warmed in the oven per package directions
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp U15, butterflied with tails on
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup water
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
