A family driving in Ruidoso, New Mexico, saw damaged houses and debris alongside a river after torrential rain triggered deadly flash flooding on Tuesday. A child inside the vehicle could be heard saying, "There used to be a house there." The village of Ruidoso confirmed that a 4-year-old girl, 7-year-old boy and 40-to-50-year old man were swept downstream and later found dead.
