Iowa women's wrestling made a nice late addition to its 2025 recruiting class, plucking a nationally ranked senior from in-state. That senior is Mount Vernon's Libby Dix, a two-time Iowa high school state champion. Dix confirmed the news to the Des Moines Register on July 7 In USA Wrestling's May rankings, she was rated the No. 6 190-pound prospect in the United States. Previously, she was committed to Northern Iowa for track and field, but has made a late change to wrestle after high school.
