The #Avalanche 🇺🇸 have hired Dave Hakstol 🇨🇦🇺🇸 as an assistant coach. Hakstol, 56, was an assistant coach with Canada's national team 🇨🇦 at the 2024 Spengler Cup last season. Hakstol was formerly the head coach of the Philadelphia Flyers 🇺🇸 from 2015-2019, and the Seattle Kraken 🇺🇸 from 2021-2024.
