When you think of pickles, you might not normally associate them with cupcakes, or vice versa. But Patti Schvabenitz, proprietor of pattispastriesbakery, has found the right recipe.
An eight-year participant in Picklesburgh, Schvavbenitz’s Dill Dilly Dillicious cupcake has become a fan favorite. Enrobed in white chocolate, its vanilla cake has pickles in the batter, it’s stuffed with dill buttercream and each one is topped with whipped cream and a pickle slice.
