Palestinian officials say the distribution of aid and the withdrawal of military forces are two issues struggling to reach resolution as the two sides, Palestine and Israel continue to discuss a ceasefire.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was positive a deal would be struck within days after leaving the White House on Thursday in a recent visit to the U.S.
The Prime Minister put forward a deal which would see Hamas release half of the 20 living hostages and the bodies of 30 during a 60-day truce.
But, Hamas says it wants aid to be distributed through Gaza by United Nations agencies or international relief organisations not the U.S.-backed Israeli mechanism, Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
The group also did not agree with proposed military withdrawal zones, according to Palestinian officials.
No formal agreement has been reached.
