A wild leopard with heterochromia- one bluish-green eye and one dark brown- has been photographed for the first time in India’s Bandipur National Park. 🐆
Captured by 21-year-old wildlife photographer Dhruv Patil, the rare genetic trait has never been documented in Indian leopards before.
He has visited the park over 50 times, called it “the first ever photo and video documentation of a heterochromic leopard,” marking a major moment in wildlife photography.
