🧪 Work before Summer League thetheorelph As a Dad I had to take a quick step back and look at what’s the most important for players at every single level it’s THEIR CONFIDENCE!! As Fathers sometimes because of how we push our kids or talk to our we take that away! I’ve trained for 14 years and the hardest player I ever trained has been my own son! I won’t be perfect, I will still fail in some of the ways that I coach him but I need to be better for him. Just sharing this because I think there is a lot of parents and Dads especially on this journey and there is no right way or wrong way. Never take the confidence and never let your child question why you love them… not because they can hoop but because they are YOUR son or your daughter!
