Stuffed Salmon Pinwheels 😮💨
You need to try these.
-Make the pinwheel filling by mixing 1 block of cream cheese, 3/4 cup cooked bacon, 2 chopped jalapeño peppers, 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
-Remove the skin from a large filet of salmon and season with a good bbq rub.
-Spread the cheese mixture on top of the filet, roll it up tightly, and secure with butcher’s twine.
-Slice into cylinders, place on a cedar plank, and top with more BBQ rub.
-Smoke at 250F until they hit 145F internal and paint with BBQ sauce about 10 minutes before the end of the cook.
