jokes aside-I started treating my skincare routine as a opportunity to recenter myself before & after the day and it’s been a game changer for my mental health. 🙌✨ Instead of dragging my feet and looking at it as something I “should” be doing, I switched the narrative and now look at it as my “recharge” time.
