☀️A new series and new phase hits☀️
Series 3 is focused on aerobic conditioning to improve power, strength, speed,
and quick recovery, and with a bias towards push movements to improve
overhead strength and lower body dynamic lunge proficiency.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We kick off with Phase 7, ‘base’ phase, focusing on general conditioning and
functional strength, featuring all planes of movement. This phase is well
balanced, aiming to enhance functional capacity, improve fundamental
movement patterns, boost energy levels, and support overall well-being.

Lunge
Throughout the series, you will see variations and accessory exercises of the overhead push movements and Lunge patterns to provide you with an opportunity to improve form and technique.
