i keep talking to everyone about how i want to start going to therapy but still have done nothing to actually do it. i’m sure there’s so many people out there doing the same thing as me when it comes to caring for their mental health.

⋆ reach out to start getting the proper help you need
you will never be weak for getting help or seeking it out. you will always be brave. it isn’t easy to be vulnerable and admit you need something/someone to help you.
