I have been feeling so insecure after losing a lot of my strength ESPECIALLY on deadlift and almost forgot this is the WHOLE point. People rarely are thinking what you are thinking about yourself in the gym. Despite losing strength, I am so grateful to be able to lift 330lbs!! That is amazing and something I should never be ashamed of even when I used to lift a lot more. Shout out to my gym dads who always seem to remind me how strong I really am!!
