How to Cook a Steak 🥩
I get asked this a ton and this is my go to method. Especially for expensive and thick cut steaks like this tomahawk ribeye, the reverse sear method is the answer.
My biggest tip would be use the reverse sear method and get a meat thermometer. As for getting a great crust, dry brining helps a ton, I like to do it for at least 2 hours in my fridge.
