And apart from parking spaces for cars, the building houses: 🚲 a bicycle garage 🔧 a bicycle workshop, where people can repair their bikes 🅿️ a mobility pool, where residents can rent cars and bikes from a shared pool. The building also includes other climate-smart elements: 1,400 m² of solar panels, 1,500 m² of vertical gardens and a 243 kWh battery system to balance energy flows.
