HIBISCUS LIME FIZZ 🫧
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 2 oz Hibiscus Syrup*
• Lemon Lime Soda
• Hibiscus Lime Sugar, to rim**
• Edible Flowers & Lime Wheels, to garnish
METHOD: Add hibiscus syrup to a sugar-rimmed Collins glass and top ¾ of the way with lemon lime soda. Float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top, and stir gently to combine the layers. Garnish, and enjoy!
*To make the syrup, combine 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix to dissolve all of the sugar, and remove from heat when it reaches a boil. Add 2-3 tbsp of dried hibiscus flowers to the sugar syrup and allow to steep for 30 minutes and fully cool before using.
