The Fayette County Fair Association was honored to be one of the recipients of the T-Mobile Hometown Grants of $50,000. T-Mobile representatives, City of La Grange and other Fayette County Dignitaries, Fayette County Fair Board of Directors, Fayette County Fair Grant Committee, and other Fayette County Fair Members were present for the presentation of the check yesterday afternoon at the Courthouse in La Grange. Lee Fritsch was the Master of Ceremonies. Fayette County Fair President, Michael Zuhn welcomed our guests. Fayette County Fair Vice-president, Brandi Chovanec gave a brief history of the Fayette County Fair. Judge Dan Mueller, Mayor Jan Dockery and T-Mobile representative, Rick Molina briefly spoke about what this grant means to the Fayette County Fair Association and to all of Fayette County.
