FLOOR PLANNING - So much of what we love about this career is how our work can improve our clients’ daily lives. This all starts with floor planning. We take a significant amount of time with every client to talk about how they use the space, what they like or dislike about it, their wants and needs for their renovated home. We gather as much information as possible to create your dream space aesthetically and to function in the most appropriate way for you and your family. On our Journal, I’ve detailed a recent renovation - including questions we ask to get to know our clients’ lifestyle better. The amount of function we were able to squeeze into floor planning on the first level alone (by creating a more closed floor plan) was incredible.
