Italian Beef Sandwich on the Smoker is something I saw several weeks ago from my pal Maciej Zurawski, you know him as @Grillin With Dad ….. had to give it a go and it was glorious. My wife loves CHEESE and I made her this sandwich without cheese and she was impressed….big win! Enjoy your Sunday. Recipe/Details below -4lb Chuck Roast -Seasoning of Choice, we used Grilling with Dad All Purpose Rub -1 White Onion, Diced -Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers w Juice -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -4C Beef Broth -Italian Seasoning, 1-2T -1 Stick Butter -Worcestershire Sauce, 1-2T -Favorite Bread, Hoagie or Baguette -Giardiniera as topping for sandwich **Season Chuck Roast heavily and smoke at 225 degrees for 3 hours **In a large Dutch oven, drop in Onions, followed by smoked Chuck Roast, add all other ingredients **Cover w lid and braise for 3-4 hours until pull apart tender.
