Recovery starts at night. To perform at my best, I’ve built a nightly routine that helps me relax, sleep deeper, and wake up ready to train.
I take magnesium glycinate + L-theanine to calm my nervous system, reduce muscle tension, and improve sleep quality. I also drink tart cherry juice, which is packed with antioxidants and natural melatonin to boost recovery and reduce soreness.
To finish, I go through a 10-minute lower-body stretch routine to release tight hips, hamstrings, and ankles key for staying explosive and injury-free.
