Coming off some incredible work with coaches at the USA Cheer and Dance 2025 National Conference, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the impact we made with coaches across the country in 2024 and the momentum we’re continuing to build in 2025. In 2024, RISE worked with over twelve hundred coaches across more than 80 engagements nationwide. The impact? An overwhelming 98% confirmed they learned something new they could immediately apply. This success reflects our Impact Framework, which tracks how education creates lasting change - from initial reactions through understanding, emotional growth, and behavioral transformation. For coaches, this journey is particularly meaningful because their influence extends far beyond game strategy.
