Pork ribs sourced from wildersbrand then cut 3/4 of the way to the end.
I then used Koops’ original mustard for a binder then seasoned them all on all sides with Spicelopedia Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle & Southwest Zesty Fiesta!
Smoked at 300🌡️ for 3 hours.
