Smoked & Braised Ribs
This is hearty, delicious and perfect for the cold weather 🥩🥩🥩⤵️⤵️⤵️
Ingredients⬇️
5-6 lbs pork & beef ribs - here we used pork baby back ribs and beef short ribs, but short back ribs or plate cut ribs will also work
12 oz beef broth
18 oz whole tomatoes & juices
4-6 oz dark beer
1 1/2 cup of each sliced: yellow onion, green, red and yellow bell peppers
Koops’ Honey Mustard for a binder
White Label Seasoning from musketpowderofficial
Herbs to finish: one branch each of thyme, fennel and rosemary

Instructions ⬇️
1. Prepare the grill for a 6+ hour cook. Set for indirect cooking.
2. Cut the pork baby back ribs into singles. (Removing the membrane is optional)
3. Rub all the ribs with Koops’ honey mustard as a binder and liberally season all sides with the White Label from Musket Powder.
4. Cook ribs at 250F for 3-4 hours, until an internal temp of 165F.
