RIBEYES IN A RED WINE MUSHROOM SAUCE

Steak Ingredients
2 filet mignons or 2 ribeyes
3 tablespoons avocado oil
Dale’s Seasoning Marinade dalesseasoning
Black Label musketpowderofficial
Red Wine Mushroom Sauce Ingredients
12 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup dry red wine
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional, if needed
4-6 fresh rosemary sprigs
Steak Directions
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Generously apply the Dales marinade to both side and season with the Black label seasoning over all sides of the steaks.
Add avocado oil to a large cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over high heat and heat it until it just starts to smoke.
Add the steaks and sear on the first side for two minutes. Turn the steaks over and sear on the other side for two minutes.
