Ingredients:
-2-4 ears of corn
-avocado oil
-sauce: equal parts mayo and mexican crema (or sub sour cream), lime juice, grated garlic, salt (taste and adjust to your liking)
-cotija cheese
-paprika and ancho chili powder
-cilantro
Recipe:
-cover the corn in oil and salt. add to Ninja Crispi and airfry for 12-15 min, flip halfway. ****Conveniently chicken thighs cook for about the same amount of time, so I threw some in that had been marinating in a bbq mixture.
-while it’s cooking, mix together sauce ingredients
-once the corn has cooled slightly, brush on the sauce and cover in cotija cheese. sprinkle paprika and ancho chili powder, add cilantro!
-enjoy immediately, and thank me later!! :)
