British Cycling launched Limitless, funded by Shell UK, in 2023 with the aim of making cycling accessible for everyone - regardless of age, impairment or ability. Two and a half years on, 5,551 disabled people have taken part, with over 75% saying it’s improved their physical health. 82% say it’s helped their mental wellbeing.
