Drawing inspiration from her parents and Pippi Longstocking, 1st Phorm Athlete idabergfoth has always wanted to grow up pushing the limits of what it means to be strong.
Growing up with parents who lived with energy, strength, and a love for movement - she followed directly in their footsteps.
But when her dad was diagnosed with ALS and slowly lost his ability to move, it changed everything.
It made her realize how sacred movement really is.
Now, she moves with purpose.
She trains to honor him.
That’s something we can all take away from her story: fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore. It’s a privilege.
And when we start viewing it that way, everything changes.
Every rep becomes a gift. Every workout, a chance to honor what your body can do.
So… do you see fitness as a chore, or as a privilege?
Because if you couldn’t move tomorrow, how would you show up today?
