explained ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Sometimes “I’m fine” really means:
I’m hurting but don’t know how to talk about it.
I’m overwhelmed but don’t want to be a burden.
I’m struggling but feel like no one would understand.
So I smile. I nod. I say I’m okay. And I keep it all inside.
This post is a reminder that there’s often so much more behind those two words: “I’m fine.”
If you’ve ever felt this way, you’re not alone.
You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Your feelings are valid, and it’s okay to need help.
It’s okay to say, “I’m not okay.”
And if someone in your life says they’re fine—pause for a moment. Check in. Listen. Be kind.
You never know what someone might be carrying.
Let’s break the stigma around mental health together.
Let’s remind each other that it’s brave to speak up and healing starts with a single honest moment.
