Today’s focus was all about slowing things down and dialing in on the details. As an athlete who loves to sprint at full speed at least three times a week, I often have to remind myself to take a step back and focus on the fundamentals. So instead of going all out, I worked on technical drills that emphasize control, mechanics, and efficiency. I like to incorporate a variety of drills that sharpen my technique, ultimately making me a more well-rounded and efficient athlete.
