As part of their research, the Drexel Food Lab strives to understand consumer behaviors, including food waste. Paige McFadden, Culinary Arts ’27, is here to help you reduce food waste with a marinade that uses leftover ingredients – all you need is cola or coffee, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and black pepper.
