I know his reputation hasn’t been the greatest in recent years, but I loved Hulk Hogan. Not only was I a fan of him as a performer, but my in-person interaction with him several years ago is probably my favorite interaction I’ve had with any celebrity. We all went to his Orlando hulkhoganswrestlingshop and waited in line to meet the Hulkster. When it was our turn, he was so cool, gracious, and really took his time with all of my kids and my wife. When I walked up last with our group he shook my hand, and pulled me in close. He said “Nice to meet you. Take good care of your family.” He then gave me one last pump on the handshake and a nod with an emotional look in his eyes. I wasn’t expecting that kind of interaction and was taken aback by it, but I so sincerely appreciated it.
