-overhead press: 3x8 reps
-bent over row with multi grip bar: 3x10x10x10 (10 reps at every grip)
-chest superset: 3x12x10 (3 sets of 12 seated chest flys into 10 upper hand frontal raises (upper chest focused))
-tricep superset: 3x8x8 (3 sets of 8 reps of tricep rope pulldown into 8 single arm banded pull down (for each arm))
