SAUCY WINGS
Ingredients:
2–3 lbs chicken wings
¼ cup Dale’s Marinade
2–3 tbsp Big Horn Bison Honey Habanero seasoning
1 can (15 oz) peaches with juice
½ habanero pepper, sliced
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup honey (Big Horn Bison Honey preferred)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions:
• Toss wings with Dale’s Marinade; let sit for 5–10 minutes.
• Add Honey Habanero seasoning, mix thoroughly.
• Preheat your grill to 450°F.
• Grill wings for about 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until 170°F internal.
• For sauce, sauté garlic and sliced habanero in a saucepan.
• Add peaches with juice, brown sugar, and honey. Simmer 10 minutes to reduce.
• Toss cooked wings with sesame seeds and warm peach-habanero sauce.
