healthy CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ✨🍌🍫
an indulgent yet *guilt free* healthy recipe using only 2-ish ingredients, including those very ripe bananas lying on your counter that are about to go bad 👀 The texture is rich and delicious! Let me know when you try it — you’ll absolutely be hooked!
✨Ingredients:
•60-80 gr dark chocolate, 70% or higher
•3-4 ripe bananas
•2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Roughly chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt using a double boiler or microwave. For the microwave method, heat for 30 seconds, stir, and continue to heat at 5-second intervals, stirring in between. In a large bowl, mash bananas using a fork and pour chocolate on top. Add maple syrup and combine using a blender. Line a small tray with parchment paper and pour mixture on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight :) . Dust cocoa on top (optional), and enjoy!
