My feed is full of 22-year-old millionaires with 4am routines (and like… who knows if it’s real or just for the camera??). Social media makes it feel like we always have to be grinding, evolving, pushing harder—and yes, I’m ALL for growth and pushing yourself to meet your full potential, but also?? You deserve to let loose and just be. Dance to good music. Laugh with your friends. Take a breath.
