Cozy Chamomile Tea Cake 🌼🍰🫖 2 cups All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar 3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 Cup Oil (your favorite) 3 Eggs (at room temp) 1 cup Milk (at room temp) 1/3 cup dried chamomile (ground into powder) Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 9 cake pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Sift to combine. Add the oil, eggs, milk and chamomile. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until evenly combined and lump free. This should take 1-2 minutes. Pour the batter into your pan Bake for 4-50 minutes - or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleanly. Allow the cake to cool in pan for 30 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling. Once the cake is cool you may begin working on the frosting.
