ingredients
– 2 bone-in pork chops (1” thick)
– ⅓ cup momofuku soy sauce
– 1 lemon, halved
– 2 cloves garlic, grated
– 3 tbsp olive oil (plus more for peaches)
– 1 tbsp momofuku chili crunch hot honey
– 6 peaches, halved + de-seeded
– momofuku savory seasoned salt
– 1 shallot, chopped
– ½ cup mint, chopped

directions
– marinate pork chops in soy sauce, juice of ½ lemon, garlic, hot honey, and olive oil for 1–6 hrs. remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking.
