First in for triceps, cable pushdowns!
After a brief rest after hitting delts and traps, it was time for triceps.
I usually performed 2 or 3 direct exercises and would typically start with a cable pushdown.
Always using either a straight or curved bar - I don’t think I ever used a rope to be honest.
Anyway, I would do 1-2 warm ups just to get everything firing up again, before my one working set to failure with an assisted rep or two.
Another thing to note, I always performed these on the lat pull down station mostly, this was because the movement just felt better. Oh and I always used a 20kg plate attached to a weight belt around my waist to help keep me grounded!
