💣 Ground Force Drill:
1️⃣ Set up with the clubhead 2 feet behind the ball on the ground. Slight knee bend.
2️⃣ Push hard into the ground with your lead leg
3️⃣ Let your hips rotate and lift toward the target
4️⃣ Explode UP - feel your chest point up the sky
5️⃣ Repeat 10x before hitting balls
