Keys to fixing early extension ⬇️
Time to be real - this sequence looks helpful on paper (and it is) but you’ll always struggle to fix your early extension unless you:
1️⃣ Shallow the shaft early in the downswing
2️⃣ Have the clubface in a strong enough position halfway down
3️⃣ Get your pelvis rotating in the downswing (extension happens - if the pelvis is open, it extends toward the target…if it’s closed, it extends toward the ball)
These drills and this practice routine is great, but if you don’t have those 3 keys 🔑 you’re wasting your time!
