Pre-lift > Lift __ "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail." Regardless the lift or where you're taking if from, if you want the most successful outcome, you have to build habit in your mental and physical preparation. The physical is the easiest part. Once you figure out what works for you and what breeds success, just do that same damn thing over and over and over again! The moment you change things up is the moment something is destined to go wrong. Maybe a missed opportunity of what should have been a successful lift, or maybe something worse like an injury. In our eyes, how you do anything is how you do everything and we hold our folks not just to a high standard of movement, but a high standard of preparation.
