An attempted abduction of a 3-year-old girl at a shopping center in Fairfax, Virginia was caught on surveillance video released by police. The suspect, who was identified as 26-year-old Andres Caceres Jaldin, was seen snatching the toddler who wandered away from a play area and then walked away.
