How to get your potatoes crispy: poke holes in potato w fork & wrap in paper towel. Microwave for 6 min, then rub olive oil & diamondcrystalsalt, wrap in aluminum foil and air fry on 360f for 45 min. Remove from foil and air fry 10 more min to crisp up the skin.

I used traderjoes birria for this recipe but you can also make your own or purchase from your local Mexican restaurant 💕

Btw I don’t use measurements, I’ve been cooking since I was 5 yrs old and just measure with my heart ♥️

This series is called “dinner ideas” instead of “recipes” bc in order to keep the meals around 30 min, I’ll be using some prepackaged/ prepared ingredients. This is how I cook at home - efficiency is key in my kitchen and I don’t have time to make everything from scratch 😅
