Celebrating our last few days of #QVCChristmasinJuly with these Five-Spice Snickerdoodles, recipe below! 🍪🎄❤️⬇️ 2-1/4 cups flour 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp five spice 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1-1/2 sticks of butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup sanding sugar 1 tsp five spice Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk the flour, baking powder, 2 teaspoons of five spice, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until well mixed. Beat in each egg one at a time until combined. Add vanilla, then reduce the speed to low and add the flour mixture until combined. Mix the sanding sugar and a teaspoon of five spice in a small dish. Roll the dough into 1” balls and then roll them in the sanding sugar. Arrange 3” apart onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake the cookies for 9 to 12 minutes. The cookie should crackle in the center and be lightly golden...
