SOFT SCRAMBLED EGGS 🥚☁️✨
Ok so patience and time are the two biggest components here! Keep the pot on low heat the whole time. I also recommend using a really good non stick pot or else it’s a huge pain to clean 😤
Directions:
-Spray a sauce pot with a little bit of avocado oil and crack your eggs directly into the pot. Give them a good whisk.
-Place the pot on very low heat. With a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, pull the edges of the egg mixture every few minutes (you’ll want to do this even when it’s liquidy in the beginning - trust).
-As the eggs start to form more texture, do not leave the pot and begin to constantly pull until you reach desired texture. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. I like to garnish with a little bit of fresh dill!
