Buying a house in Colorado isn’t so bad, after all, according to a new nationwide ranking that lists two metro Denver towns among the best places to buy your first home. Earlier this month, personal finance company WalletHub ranked the 300 best cities in the United States for first-time home-buyers. The study considered home prices, cost of living, home inventory and turnover, local mortgage lenders, crime rates and the quality of schools, among other metrics, to rank the top 300.
