My goals are to “lean out” my upper body, and maximize my strength and gains in my glutes/legs. My upper body days will be more muscular endurance focused, while my leg days are muscular strength focused.
When progressive overloading you can increase/alter your weight, reps, and sets, week to week depending on your end goal. As my upper body and lower body goals are different- the way I overload them will look different as well. Today we tapped into day 1: which is glutes. Details below 👇🏼

-hip thrust: 3x8
-rdl: 3x8
-cable kickback: 2x12x12 (each leg)
-step up: 3x8 (each leg)
CARDIO + CORE
-10 to 15min incline walk
-core circuit
