I think I went too hard too fast with training for this marathon and have ended up with a knee injury 😭😭😭😭
I’ve only had a week and a bit off training but with only 4 weeks to go until race day it’s really tough 😩 I keep watching peoples knees when they exercise and get jealous 😂🙃
Going to rest for a few more days and keep that cardio up but I really just want to be able to cross that finish line! I feel for elite athletes.. I’m so impatient with this.
Sharing your goals with people is scary but above all else I’m still absolutely loving the journey, I’m very grateful.
