½ cup EVOO + 1 tbsp. for grilling shrimp
1 large clove garlic
8 ounces shrimp, peeled-deveined
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion power
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
