1: Resisted Sissy Squat
- Extreme quad stretch and control under tension.
- How to do it: Keep torso upright, lean back slightly, and let knees travel forward.
- Tip: Use a support or TRX if needed at first.
2: Cyclist Squat (Heel Elevated)
- Mimics the quads-focused mechanics of a cyclist squat but on one leg.
- How to do it: drop down slowly with control, keeping knee tracking forward over toes.
- Tip: Use a wedge or plate to elevate the heel.
3: Pistol Squat to Box / Depth Pistol Squat
- Full-range single-leg strength with deep quad activation.
- How to do it: Sit down and stand up on one leg from a box or gradually lower depth.
